Hello readers,

I am Kipkosgei Yego, a Kenyan  currently studying in the USA.The idea behind Mshamba( swahili word for a villager) abroad blog  is to connect the two extreme parts of my life-village life and American . I try to connect both worlds by avoiding prejudice that often mask and malign the other. I narrate the ugly and the good sides of both ends. I also give personal opinions on what is going on globally. As a principle, I do not roll with the crowd, but i always stop and ask, what, why, when, where and who?I do not understand much about this world today, but i do  know it was much better yesterday and the days gone.
