And The Poverty of ‘Satisfaction’ Wins.

Where credit be, let it belong, John F. Kennedy on March 18, 1968 while addressing a rally in Kansas said “Even if we act to erase material poverty…. There is another greater task, it is to confront the poverty of satisfaction…….. that afflicts us all”. Words well thought and yes, it was foreseen and now we live in it and it has overtaken the poverty of ‘Basic needs’. The poverty of Africa and the Caribbean is what we have known whether true or justifiable we are aware of the hourly adverts of donation to save a life. My intention to resurrect Kennedy’s words is to reflect on certain individual lives and to put speed bumps to those who are cruising to an undefined destination looking for more of what they do not need or require. The Poverty of satisfaction is the mother of Extremism, poverty of basic needs, immorality, Corruption, 3 jobs for rent etc.

I will rather expound on this concept by reflecting on how the poverty of satisfaction is wrecking the youths. It is putting us into endless dreams, imagination and magnifications of life to ends that will otherwise be achieved after 120 years’ time limit on planet Earth. Consider this scenario as told by a friend in diaspora, trying to find greener pastures. “After form four I really wanted to go to college eventually find a job, build a house and have 2-3 good cows and raise a family.” Here is his present situation: I work 2 jobs, I have a degree, I am planning to marry but I am not sure when and I am thinking of investing in some business. I asked how much money you think you need now and he answered without hesitance that he needs about 10 million shillings and I will humbly go home and start life. It is so exiting to understand how the poverty of satisfaction can magnify your wants/needs without allowing you to climb the ladder from A-Z. This man has shifted his mindset to a different level of thought, but he has not been able to complete his original plan although he is capable of accomplishing it now.

I understand without necessity of burden of  proof that Safaricom, which is a Giant business in Kenya belongs to certain individuals and I truly acknowledge their skills and abilities to set up such a great venture. On the other side, I am amazed to also understand that similar billionaires are also engaged in other activities which have ruined and put the country in great turmoil. Some individuals are mentioned in major scandals and scums, some are political brokers wanting power by pay and others are engaged in drug trafficking and the majority are laundering money. My question is so simple, what makes you want more when you can’t spend what you have? In the end, we are left with the same ends: sleeplessness and dissatisfaction. The only difference between these two ends is that one will eventually exploit or rob the one who is genuinely poor and adds to the excess of what he already has.

Take a great look at the Kenyan politicians and the appointed officials: They earn up to a million shillings a month and then loots everything from the department of disability, youth empowerment or Healthcare to add for themselves. It is embarrassing to belong to such a nation and God himself won’t be fair to Judge me with this heartless persons. To add insult to same wound, they buy a large screen Television to watch the starving Children of the slums and streets. What kind of persons are these? Was it not written somewhere in the Bible that the natural Law of Giving is for the Rich to the poor? How then did we arrive at ‘reverse justice’ as Lincoln once said. Why are the Rich robbing the poor?  I suppose then that in the Land of “poverty of Satisfaction”, moral judgement cannot hold.

Mention any evils of the 21st century and you will realize that the Poverty of satisfaction has been always the root cause. Take a look at the extremism and you will be able to spot the difference. It is a fight of the poor nations with the rich: the rich are trying to quench their thirst of wanting too much for themselves and when greed is in, morals will have no place to stay. If you still question that perspective, consider the recent emergent cases of Homosexuality .The society is overwhelmed by minority funded programs and affirmative actions have been put to place to balance the gradient, eventually the Government with its poverty of satisfaction is creating and making room for more unnecessary bed room affairs into a national budget/discussion. The people are tossing and shuffling life trying to find an end of satisfaction and in so doing, they have become like the man once written to have climbed the mountain and could not realize he had reached the top and began descending from the other side.

I can write endless pages on this topic, but it was not my intention to do so, I only wanted to stir your thoughts and allow those who will read this to reflect on themselves. On what extreme end of life are you? Are you the one taking from the genuinely poor to add to your full pocket? Are you that person inventing a plan each year, but unable to satisfy? Are among the few breeds thirsty for a turn to rob and begin dancing the tune of today?

Why I am convinced Jubilee Gov’t needs & necessitates failure.

Why I am convinced Jubilee Gov’t needs & necessitates failure.

Leo-Strauss political ideals (deception, religious fervor and perpetual war to control the ignorant masses) which were adopted by the Neo -Straussians are now deeply rooted in Kenya, in the core of the Jubilee administration. Its policies and ideals are solidly structured to enriched and expand a corporate Kenya comprising of few heartless persons whose interest is to get rich at all cost.  Jubilee system is no longer based on performance, training and necessary skills to hire or nominate personnel to run certain state functions. The Government is totally comprised of what Jim Lobe calls “‘Right’ men to get the job done” men who are politically committed. With this extreme insistence on these ideals jubilee necessitates failure, by putting failures and rejects in places where Ethics, training and commitment is necessary. If you are in doubt take a look at these observations.

  1. Jubilee as extremely suppressed the natural law of competition, the drive that allows us to work hard and out win an opponent satisfactorily. All has been lost into the new tact of overemphasis on tribal dominance and alignment marred with chest thumbing and arrogance. We do not require any magnifying glass to realize that jubilee is a Kikuyu –Kalenjin entity with a few political friends who are committed to the Behind scenes of the administration. Of what essence is Kenya as a state, if one of 40,000,000 is held with exceptionalism?
  • Kaimenyi failed in the docket of Education, which is now affected by excessive leakage and the quality of Education at its lowest and yet the overseer is rewarded again with a very delicate docket?
  • What Merits or credentials, awards Charles Keter as a Senator a position in Petroleum if he is not sure of his position as a senator? What has he achieved as a senator other than moral support at ICC?
  • Where was Mwangi Kiunjuri? His turn was over and we are still paying for the losses they incurred the last time he was in Gov’t, if you’re in doubt check the price of sugar then compare with today? He is now being given another position? Are we a nation engaged in a rewarding contest of picking and choosing a name we have heard before?
  1. The jubilee is again resurrecting and replicating the sins of ‘Baba’s’ Era, we might have deemed that to have been necessary then, but to have demagogues frequenting the highest office is ridiculous. The time of Barngetuny’s and Too’s is gone, and here again we have the Kutuny sprouting. This is a slap on the cheek to the people of Cherangani, who rejected him for underperformance and then he is appointed to advise the president? Really?
  • Similarly, road shows, early campaigns and Harambees are taking over the State. The agenda here therefore as I perceive is to take us into a welfare state, in which handouts are used to replace service delivery and at the same time secure public support through deception. These kinds of approaches are terrible in the 21st century, especially when the ratio of literate- illiterate is still a big issue. The poor and the illiterate can be easily deceived with handouts to make poor decisions.
  1. The public announcement by the State should be followed by intervention with measurable results. What we see in the Jubilee administration is reactionary announcement, especially if World renowned persons are visiting. Actions taken in matters of corruption for instance, should end when recovery has been done and culprits convicted without letting them off the hook with the loot.

…..A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom. But the tumult soon subsides. Time makes more converts than reason.

Personal views and expression of dissatisfaction with my lovely Kenya.

Part 1. Why I love My Mama Africa?

Part 1. Why I love My Mama Africa?

If you slap a man and in the event falls to the ground, then wakes up, dusts himself and says ‘thank you’ and lead his way, how will you feel? How will you consider a person seeing you driving a car and then asks whether there are houses in Africa? How will you take a man who sympathizes with you over an advert he saw yesterday and in the midst a brother appears in the corner with a poster written “veteran, hungry and homeless? That’s being African in a self-imposed democracy and in an imaginary wealthy nation. Africans in my own faulty analysis have mastered the art of acceptance and ownership of the stereotypes.

Poverty is our greatest ‘asset’, we have owned it and in fact have recently adopted it as the best Foreign exchange earner and a tool to explore some unconscious fools. The foolishness of asking the obvious when you already have an iPhone 6. We have implicitly as African hustlers in diaspora accepted all the statistics that otherwise give us all the diseases and an illusion of the endangered species called ‘black African”.  The pretense of preaching in biblical terms and giving a starving man unlimited condoms when he asks for food? Was it not written in the Book of Mathew 7v9 “Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? 10“Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he?”  I love my people for they  didn’t even argue with the Original discussion by Darwinians on whether we were actually categorized as human. Trevor Roper another person of intellect presume that we didn’t even have a yesterday and therefore no history “except gyrations of barbarous people?” We have tested the invention of Eugenics and the struggle to subvert the African man, like water hyacinth we are growing, the thrash you dump on us is the greatest fertilizer of humanity in Africa. With greed for Oil and circumvention of international laws you manage to make us believe that actually the civil fights amongst a few countries in Africa are our cause and not your faulty foreign policy and thirst for another imperialism.

I have been a student in the West, perhaps one with less intellect as many might have branded, I have clear records of the rare occasions with a few classmates whom I literally considered their help and assistance in my infancy as substantial .They reminded me how to speak English ‘well’ and they never bothered to ask whether Africa was a country or continent. Some considered the issues of illegal immigration sensitive because they never wanted to offend a new friend, they really didn’t check and distinguish the distance and concept of legal immigrants. Poor I, when I came to realize that almost all the books and discussions featured Africa only on issues of poor health, diseases, civil fights and poverty largely. Acceptance and white lies saved me from ridicule. You would have wish as I had wished to ride in the beautiful hills of Cherangani with this ignorant people, I really wanted to take them to Diani Beach for a walk, I thought about showing them the ruins of Old Zimbabwe, I just wanted to ask them whether the Egyptian Pyramids made sense to them in terms of time, structure and place. They really understood about Diamond rich Africa, but thought we were foolish about them.

Statistics does not lie, despite the overwhelming stereotypes we have to overcome, I have fallen in love with Mama Africa, it teaches culture, discipline and Morals. They taught us that to be smart or intelligent does not really mean to get to the extreme of inventing that which is capable destroying humanity including yourself and family. Kudos Mama Africa for not inventing or daring do the WMD thing.

I love My Africa for accepting and owning stereotypes.

Mshambabroad: Why a ‘C- ‘ is the best High school Grade.

Mshambabroad: Why a ‘C-  ‘   is the best High school Grade.

Completing High school in my own opinion comes with a ‘one time’ episode of spring: at last you’re free, you wake up at your own time and that you do not need to deal with structured life. In a single blink, all will disappear into the thin air, your harvest will soon be a round the corner, and the harsh reality will be checking into your sense, sleeplessness will kick in and begging for what’s next in life. What is next is solemnly determined by who is aware of his fate and who is ready to hit the road on self-reliance. In a few lines I will, in my own personal analysis express the restructuring of a society through grades. You will in fact understand why ‘C-‘makes a life of less hustling or successful rich people. Be cautioned that I do not speak about the outliers or those who lie in the extreme ends of the graph.

Irrespective of school or place ,a C- is a grade of average people and it is consistent  from all forms no matter how hard you work. These are the group of persons that require less time  to think about whether they passed or failed, in fact they have more time to choose what they really want : farmers, mechanics, hawkers, shopkeepers. They do not rely on an external force to remind them of what careers to pursue. Consider an A or A- persons, without the experience of a parent/sibling, this group makes majority of the hopeless persons. They rely on the government to program them to do what is based on grades. They spend time on social media because they think a grade is an automatic qualifier of success, this is  a justification of why a village mechanic is more intelligent than a graduate of mechanical Engineering, why  a student of Polytechnic is more qualified to pull electricity than a graduate in Electrical Engineering. FYI, there are more rich C’ persons than A if justified means of acquisition is factored and that majority of the corrupt belongs to the frustrated A’s, B’s and E’s. You might ask why and E may fall into the same category, it simply because of the extreme guiltiness and condemnation as a failed person and that they will never be good at anything. If in doubt ask why Koinange Street belongs to smart students? It is hopelessness and inability to do what is best for self, if this condition is mixed with pride which most of them attached with grades it becomes a good recipe for an immoral society.

There are more evidences to justify this piece, perhaps it is the nature of humans to praise that which they do and call it ‘I like it’ ill-heartedly, perhaps if an open mind is led to wonder you will wake up to the reality. You will be able to see that a C+ and B- is also another group that waits for something to push them high, because they feel as though they should have studied a little more. They blame themselves over a party they attended and others keep a second try on high school. Those who have exhausted their only bullet and are unable to pay for college will dive for hate of society and will settle for the un ending guiltiness blaming everything that comes their way. Who wants to attend TTC or river –road colleges when they were a stone throw from University and HELB.

Life might turn ugly if mainstream structures are the only means to define what individuals are good at. Be warn that this is not a call for a deliberate C-, this should be a caution to those capable of falling in the Extremes and that passing  without purpose and desire might send you into to the tubes of despair and agony. Working hard is not optional but What are you working hard ‘for’ makes a great difference (Teleological conception).

The War on Terror: How we are supposed to feel.

The War on Terror: How we are supposed to feel.

There is a great misconception roaming the air that extremism is a gang of the Middle East and parts of Northern Africa and that Muslims are bad people intending to kill the Western man. We as the ignorant masses are fed daily with this manufactured news from the mainstream media. The intention I will would assume is to make the people feel endangered and therefore blindly support the endless fight against terror. Allow me to stir your thoughts with this question. Suppose your country relies solemnly on export of Oranges to feed its population and it is subjected to an embargo or barn from exporting or importing and in the midst the country’s leadership is destroyed? How will the people survive? How will the energetic youth react? The past has proven this ideal of coercing the people to feel that they are under threat as a mere propaganda of securing public endorsement of a mission to destabilize a nation and exploit its natural resources. Several publications and research have proven that the mask in the name of fighting for social democracy is a fight for regime change. The intention therefore I presume is to install a loyal master willing to trade the lives of the people for oil and other forms of exploitation. This ideal is consistent with evils that plunged the countries of Congo, Sudan Iraq, Libya e.t.c in horrors of dead and civil fights. Be mindful that the denominator is oil and Diamonds.

I do sympathize and empathize with victims of an attack in Paris, West Gate mall, Garissa University and those who were butchered at a museum/coast in Tunisia. I also feel the same for the children, youths and families in Syria, Iraq, Afganistan, Sudan and Somali who have been in years the battle ground for greed and terror. Their dreams of going to school, doing business or becoming doctors have been shuttered by Imperialism and the media does not consider them worth covering. The war on terror can never be won because the critical elements that breed radicalisms are ignored or doctored, no one has ever asked  the ‘WHY’ is one willing to die and for who? Perhaps the people are fed with lies to rubberstamp an unjust course. We can simply conclude that terrorism is a condition that must remain the same or more worst. Gadhafi, Osama and Saddam died and we were told as an ignorant people we will be safe,   here we are again chasing Assad and we all cheering. Sudan is now divided but children are lingering in abject poverty and still they can find guns and ammunitions daily? Why the brown people or Muslims? The greatest people of biblical times, the founders of Medicine and Mathematics? The first people to use the calendar? The people who enjoyed and traded with Africans; a bag of salt for a bag of gold/diamond? There has to be a different way of dealing with this Menace and Professor Noam had suggested a better way to end terrorism; not get involved with it.

It is time for the UN to open up and let the people know the facts surrounding certain articles of the statute that were automatically domesticated by all their signatories? What is the Security Council definition of self-defense and use of aggressive force? Were the people involved in the presence of Western forces in Middle East especially Syria? If there is a cause for aggression, does it achieve intended purpose (peace). We do not want another scenario where people die like pets and the same being blamed on terror acts. Acts of terror are inhuman and the inhumanness should not be used as a form of coercing the council to vote for the use of force. Force has never worked without destroying innocent children, women and elderly.

Opinion Kenya: When ‘Doublespeak’ cannot hold, reality checks in!.

Opinion Kenya: When ‘Doublespeak’ cannot hold, reality checks in!.

kennIt was once written, “There is truth in wine and children”, and I also learned the same from grandparents that alcohol is an important element in making critical discussions because it spills repressed/regress thoughts otherwise held secret or confidential. At the end of the JKL show on 12/11/2015, we as the people were slapped in the face by individuals once held to have content and advice to the leadership of the country. It is evident and I meant as perceived by me and in my on head that Kenyans are being brooded into another Oceana as written  by George Orwell in his Book 1984. The president and presidency is being surrounded and represented in a talk by tribal and hate spitting individuals that does not care much about the domino effect of their words. How did we end up here?

Be guided that I am only reflecting on the talks pertaining to that show and words said in the show and therefore any queries should be adopted from the same. The idea of putting into the minds of the people that the  Deputy president is a problem for the government is careless and mindless considering the sensitivity of the matters raised and how it  once plunge Kenyans into civil  crisis. Secondly, the matter of the ICC should not be used as an incident to chew words because it is a fact that this issue was a political maneuver and that children and families are suffering from such personal greed and self-interests. When will Kenyans stop tribal Mouths and replace with Brains like Miguna Miguna or PLO? Ooh Kenya are we too thirst for more blood? If we rely on people with ‘Double speak ‘the end of the mission is fast approaching and the goons and merchants of impunity will come to haunt us. It is pathetic if not sickening to hear person take leadership as friendship mantle passed from this house and returned to that house!

Our problem is majorly corruption and we are not and we will not be interested in whether the jubilee marriage was of convenience and that fake gadgets that created the pretty bride and groom have depreciated. We needed search an ugly union (based on 2007) for healing and reconciliation and it has worked for the majority and it seems to be a bitter deal for the brokers. It is time to separate individual deals/ agreements and represent the people. We cannot longer proceed when individuals are said to have blocked alleged corrupt persons from prosecutions and possible conviction. Why don’t we adopt the Grandpa’s advice that Leadership and friendship are separate entities?

For a progressive KENYA, the President and the Deputy should now speak for themselves and  all brokers /advisers send home, ICC case should be a private matter and all those who are involve or were involved in procurement and the procured should be jailed now. Any person mentioned or involved in corruption should be jailed for a minimum of 10 years without privileges and all the money seized with interests. Anybody inciting the public on tribal issues should be prosecuted and barn from the media. The Director of Public Prosecution, Commissioner of Police and EACC should be given a month Ultimatum to let free petty offenders and prosecute any major crimes, especially the corrupt in less 24 hours or be disbanded completely.

Personal views of disappointed voter, but  subject to critique.

A letter to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Patriotic Kenyan,

11/11/2015

Dear President Uhuru Kenyatta,

c.c  DP. William Rutto

It is with regrets and displeasure to express my disappointment at the rate at which the star that once shined above the clouds of Kenya at the dawn of March 2013 is slowly fading. We as the electorates welcomed baby devolution with a lot of enthusiasm, hope and energy to reconstruct and rebuild a better Kenya. It is therefore my duty as a voiceless and almost useless Kenyan to find a loophole to write to the air and demand reasonable answers and resolutions to the extreme corruption and the lack of discipline amongst certain officers and employees of the people. The majority of the members of parliament and senators are a disgrace in conduct and in behavior on how they act, talk or handle public property.

It’s also a concern, Mr President that the judiciary although a separate organ of Government as it appears doesn’t work for the interest of the people. There is extreme hypocrisy and pretense on how they handle cases and matters of urgency. We cannot as the people be held in a suspense when a crime of high magnitude for instance looting is dilly dallied and shuffled, yet children and expectant mothers are dying of hunger. Mr. President, with due respect, I beg to allow you to take a month of absolute Dictatorship and clean the house without fear or favor of anybody of status. I will be glad personally to see a number of legal practitioners hoping from case to case in the streets of Nairobi being shown the way home or Kamiti Maximum and some unexplained wealth revoked and returned to the people.

I should have ended there Mr. President but i would like to bring to your attention that the prices of basic commodities have sky rocketed and therefore endangering the species called ‘”helpless children”. Take a look at this issue and address ASAP. We don’t have to postpone life until 2017 to have our grievances heard. It is not too late to restore hope and to get us on the right direction.

Sincere,

Kipkosgei Arap Yego.

Kalenjin Excerpt: Are we too obedient for the corrupt?

Kalenjin Excerpt: Are we too obedient for the corrupt?

I am a Kalenjin and for that matter a true patriot entitled to a piece in the war against corruption, whoever can argue to the contrary or seek to defy the default should write a clarification order to ‘Asis’ the supreme GOD. I have refused to be and I will not be a victim of “Ingen Mengit” (the ram knows where the sheep are headed). We are already in the ditch and some folks are telling us to postpone life until we get to power? Pope Gregory 1 in 590 AD warned his followers against the seven deadly sins “lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride – as a way to keep the flock from straying into the thorny fields of ungodliness.”        In addition Mahatma Gandhi warns us against 7 social sins and the two most striking in our community are “Politics without principles and Wealth without work”.  When did we begin harboring and rewarding robbers and looters? Are we to say we are scared of people with big cars and that wealth without integrity is unquestionable? We are not clean and therefore we are not eligible to begin cursing our enemies yet, we are tangled in extreme mud and now we have blood and tears in our hands because we have led our leaders commit evil in our watch and cheering.

Be cautioned because this piece is not about them, but ‘WE’. When the country is riding on this rough road are we the cause, the problem or the solution. In my own exact observation, it is our extreme obedience to those who pretend to be leaders that has placed us in this state of anarchy. Perhaps down the road we have replaced our cultural norm of respect to the elders with obedience to leadership. Will there be a solution? Yes, let us all go down the river to curse the corrupt and as a culture we have to ‘wenygei’ and check ourselves whether we are clean. We have leaders who have robbed the country in our name, we have people who have killed in our name, and we have money sitting in individual pockets in our names but we aren’t part of the loot? Kalenjin’s are a great people since time immemorial, they  work hard to make ends meet, our greatness is in hard work and our ability to distinguish what is wrong and right culturally/morally. They win justly in that which they have set eyes on, they win on the streets of London because they work hard.

With that mentioned, let me be a bit realistic. As Kalenjins, we are the second and if not the first community with a few heartless corrupt individuals riding on our obedience and worship of power.  These are the facts according to me:

  1. The period I would assign ‘block 7897’, we as a society created goons out of man, who became millionaires at all cost, buried our intellectuals, replaced and engineered an obedient population packaged in one bag and traded for political gains.
  2. Our children lack quality education because teachers are under paid and therefore lack motivation.
  3. Our so called leaders have thousands of acres of land while the unfortunate are IDP’s and many others are chased around because of the sins of AFC’s loans.
  4. A lot of money in our name exists in ‘foreign’ banks but we blindly protect the thieves because of our tribal blindness, we are in fact planning for them to enter higher office.
  5. In our communities, we have a number of police/military heads and yes their friends and relatives have a leeway to the same unjustly while the masses are duped for a pay.
  6. The majority of our leaders bought for their positions and therefore have nothing to do with us.

I suppose in the interest of our children and grandchildren and before we engage in the battle against corruption, we have to ask whether we are cleansed, for the Kingdom belongs to the Holy. Our pretense and greed has put us into a collective responsibility over a few individuals who have amassed wealth irresponsibly and hid in our backyards. Let’s face the devil in the eye and ask. “What really happened to Seroney, Chemorei, and Bishop Muge etc. who really owns Safaricom? Who is behind the taxation of Athletes? If wiki leaks are true, then we have owners not leaders. Optimism as Voltaire says “is the madness of insisting all is well while we are miserable”. We are faced with real time challenges and before we stick our noses to our neighbors, let us find and kill the jigger within and if need be ask Museveni.

Gynophobism: Are Kenyan Men uneasy with women and power?

Gynophobism: Are Kenyan Men uneasy with women and power?

image 1In my own objective and often bias observations, I have come to an almost fair conclusion that women are quick to listen and make informed decisions in matters of justice, fairness and empathy and therefore make perfect Lawyers, Judges and Nurses.  I do not intend to make this a statement of fact, but I am opening another perspective of curtailing the ineffective patriarchy. In my Republic, Men (men in this case refers to only those with XY chromosomes) are very uneasy and have constantly engaged in various ways to try and block or get rid women of substance from certain places. It is for obvious reasons that women cannot be easily corrupted and they think and often rule in favor of children and other less fortunate persons. I am cautious and therefore be warned that I do not mean ALL women, neither do I ascertain that men are a complete failure. I am only guided by probability of success and failure in judicial matters, which in the interest of the majority women do an incredible duty.

You might not like the interpretation, I do not beg for a like and I only consider objective discussions to the same. Before anyone can demonize the above, let us have a quick look at some cases in the Republic I claim my Citizenship. The case of   former Chief Registrar of Judiciary and JSC and how an alleged crime was demonized and swept under the carpet? This as it appears was stage-managed and its intention in reasonable minds was getting rid of a block in the way of pre-established networks meant to maintain the evils leading in inefficiency. It can also be concluded with certainty that the potential of such intellectual Woman was enormous and she would have become the next boss and agent of the long awaited change. How do you make us believe that there was a scandal in buying the house of the Boss? Does it mean one or two persons approve certain coins to be spend without the boss knowledge….. We haven’t grown too damn to consume ‘Make beliefs’. Spare us from your own twitter and internet ridicule and allow commonsense and natural instincts to guide reasoning. We are used to the phrase “the matter is before the courts” because its purpose is to shut up those with divergent reasoning, perhaps I am not a sceptic let actions do the talk.

Is it almost true that men are becoming more uncomfortable with estrogens? Here is another careless one, recently in Kenya a decision was brought to public with intention to retire the Lady Deputy Commissioner of police without any justified reasons. I suppose without certainty that she must have been on the way of certain pre-planned deals and perhaps extremely tough on the same. Thank heavens it backfired because we are in the 21st century and people are beginning to see behind the curtains. Think about that for a second as you consider this other gynophobia act. The judiciary recently served a Lady Judge with a reminder of her coming retirement and proceeded to gazette for a replacement. I don’t care whether it is a legal procedure because I have not been a compliant of the same, I only rely on customary law, natural law and commonsense. Therefore, what we know is that a Judge is a super intelligent person and she knows what age is legal to retire therefore we do not and she does not require reminders. The intention to do so is an objective bias and malice and to that extent we can make an immature assumption that the interest parties have begun paying for the post. The worst about the same could be also very true: that the Lady Judge might have been doing an incredible job and that does not always please the few self- serving individuals and intimidating her might create or shake her and hopefully create a loophole.

The passing of Polygamy bill qualifies under the same category, it is not urgent and therefore we do not consider it as a necessity for Kenyans. The bill is also intended reduce women to objects of pleasure, which off course does not function at this age. If you’re still wondering about that, be careful because you will miss the point on the new creation of a ‘welfare state’ for only women. This idea of women representatives is a sample of bones thrown to silence dogs and let the thieves proceed to loot. This post is a ridicule and in, I my own opinion Women of Kenya stand even more chances in power as opposed to posts with no bargaining power.

I trust a Woman in making a ruling in a court of Law, I trust a Woman to be my Nurse and I trust a Woman in a fight against Drugs and Corruption………
